About
I studied psychology degree at University Miguel Hernández of Elche. My topic thesis was focused on researching on positive (i.e. Engagment) and negative response (i.e. Burnout) well-being at work from emergency medical service at hospitals, as well as researching the role of some variables (i.e. self-efficacy) in these responses too.
My main research interests are: human behaviour at crisis situations and stress response, Well-being at work of emergency physicians, Positive Psychology, concretly Posttraumatic Growth and Engagement.
So...I can say that I'm delighted with teaching and researching! I like creating new contexts to applied psychology! :)
